I stayed at this hotel for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary social hour. The variety of food options, including salad, soup, BBQ chicken pizza, and cold cuts. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the metro station and a free shuttle service. The spacious rooms with a full kitchen were a bonus, making it feel like a home away from home. Despite a few minor issues with housekeeping, the overall cleanliness and safety of the hotel were commendable. The highlight of my stay was the amazing bartender, Kim, who took excellent care of us during a special event. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its amenities, location, and friendly service. I had a great experience at Hyatt House Gaithersburg.

Enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We received complimentary breakfast and cookies, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting family and friends in the area. The hotel also had a nice fitness center with updated equipment.
We did have some issues with our room. We found stains on the couch and the bed and the towels looked dingy.
